My husband and I began our home shopping journey with April around November 2018. My husband and I reached out to 3-4 realtors and when we contracted April she had houses for us in the next hour and had us looking at houses the weekend after…. She did not play! I genuinely appreciate how patient and thorough she was throughout our process. My husband and I were very particular about what we wanted in our first home as a married couple. April made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. We had a great time shopping and negotiating with our realtor. Not only does she go to bat for you but she is very personable. I think that is what made house shopping so fun with her. After we closed in July 2019 we still have a relationship with her, because we loved her so much! You can tell she cares about her clients because even after you move into your home she still keeps in contact with us. I highly recommend April!
